• Contact details: those data you have provided us through the administrative application for subsidy by means of which you can access the grants and subsidies offered by ACCIÓ and those linked to the execution thereof. Your contact data may likewise be used to send you information about the activities and services that ACCIÓ undertakes in order to encourage business competitiveness, boost internationalisation and innovation and attract productive business investment in all its aspects.
• Bank details: the bank details that you have provided us to implement the obligations arising from the legal relation regarding the subsidy for which you receive or wish to receive the grants and subsidies that ACCIÓ provides you.
• Social security affiliation details and tax information: data regarding your affiliation with the social security and the data necessary for compliance with social security and tax legislation.
• Additional details: data that you have provided with regard to your evaluation as a beneficiary of the grants and subsidies that ACCIÓ have awarded you, such as your CV and your professional and skills profile. Data concerning you that are generated or produced by ACCIÓ while the legal relation is effective are also included, with strict compliance by the entity of the above-mentioned ends of processing that are detailed in this document.

In the event you are asking to receive information on our activities and services and consent to the processing of your personal data for this end, ACCIÓ will process all those data that you provide us by completing the form to obtain data.

Likewise, applicable legislation authorises our entity to send, by electronic means, information and commercial notifications regarding our activities and promotional actions associated with encouragement for business competitiveness, internationalisation, innovation and attracting productive business investment in all its aspects.

Under no circumstances will ACCIÓ use your data for promotional activities that favour third parties or entities, and it will send you exclusively promotional information related or of a similar nature to the activities, promotions and grants about which you have shown an interest, participated in or contracted with our entity. If you are a beneficiary of ACCIÓ grants and/or subsides…

The processing of your personal data is legitimised for the following reasons:

• Compliance with the obligations arising from the legal relation arising from the administrative application for subsidy between you and ACCIÓ in accordance with receipt of the grants and subsidies provided to you by ACCIÓ.
• Compliance with the ends of business promotion and development by means of the performance of the actions and the deployment of the support services necessary to encourage the competitiveness of the business sector and its presence and interrelation on international markets that ACCIÓ undertakes as a mission of public interest.
• ACCIÓ processes your personal data in order to send you information regarding our activities and services associated with encouragement for business competitiveness, internationalisation, innovation and attracting productive business investment in all its aspects as it is legally authorised to send you these notifications.

If you are requesting information on our activities and services…

Should you agree to receive information on our activities and services, the processing of your personal data will be legitimised for the following reasons:

• The CONSENT that you may choose EXPRESSLY to award ACCIÓ so that we can send you notifications and information, even by electronic means, about our activities and/or services. This processing includes analysis and processing of information resulting from satisfaction surveys of from your interactions with ACCIÓ, arising from your specific activity, with a view to the most efficient possible management of the issue of the information that you request from us.

In the event that you agree to receive these notifications, you will also consent to our entity establishing your personal profile in order to send you personalised and profile-specific information regarding the abovementioned activities. The personal profile will be established on the basis of the satisfaction surveys to which you respond during your relation with ACCIÓ and/or of your different interactions and exchanges of information with the entity.

The processing of your personal data for sending notifications about ACCIÓ activities and/or services is legitimised by the most recent consent for data use that you have issued. If you wish us to stop sending you such notification, you may revoke your consent at any time by sending a request to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, to the indicated postal or email addresses. This revocation will not affect the legality of the processing performed prior to revocation, and may mean that ACCIÓ is unable to perform or fulfil your request, service or activity that is affected by said revocation.

ACCIÓ may provide your personal data to public administrations (such as the Tax Office, Social Security, employment authority) to ensure strict compliance with the legal obligations to which ACCIÓ is subject on account of its activity.

Likewise, you are informed that your personal data may be transferred to suppliers of services that ACCIÓ has contracted with a view to performing its mission of encouraging the competitiveness of the business sector and its presence and interrelation on international markets.

ACCIÓ transfers your data internationally to countries without European-equivalent legislation (“Third Countries”) in which the entity has established offices. Your contact details are transferred solely with the purpose of providing access to the ACCIÓ personnel who are stationed at the overseas offices and who are subject to the policies of ACCIÓ regarding confidentiality and data protection. In undertaking these international transfers, ACCIÓ applies the guarantees established in applicable legislation and only performs them in order to comply with its mission of public interest. You are also informed that ACCIÓ has contracted the services of technology providers located in third countries. These providers have been contracted by ACCIÓ in order to obtain the services necessary for the performance of its activities and they have entered into the confidentiality and data processing contracts with ACCIÓ that are required by law, and apply the guarantees and safeguards necessary to preserve your privacy.

Under no circumstances will ACCIÓ assign or transfer your personal data to companies or entities other than those indicated in this section on “Assignments and International Transfers” without your prior consent.

Your personal data are kept while you uphold your relation with ACCIÓ and, after termination of this relationship for any cause, for the applicable legally prescribed periods.

Once these prescribed periods have ended, your data will be deleted or, alternatively, anonymized.
